Clean healthy animals. Prices are great. Customer service is awesome. Fish tanks are as clean as I ever seen. Hamsters and guinea pigs look happy. Birds singing and a all around happy environment

I love going here all the workers treat you like it’s one big family. Plus the prices are so much more affordable. They always have such great discounts and are always reliable. My animals come home healthy and alive unlike some big cooperate chain pet stores. My biggest green flag I saw while walking around was seeing no dead animals in cages or tanks. Also my animals don’t come home disease ridden, which I really appreciate.

This store is cozy and nice. Went to buy shots for my puppy. The gentleman who assissted me was meticulous and knowledgeable. Even though we told him we had done it before he reiterated the instructions to ensure we would do it correctly.

Amazing people and an amazing pet shop!!! I stopped in for dog food the other day and found all these birds and reptiles. Came back today and purchased 2 Bby ducks to surprise my daughter! The owner and staff were so helpful in explaining how to care for the ducks!! I highly recommend this Pet Shop to anyone with animals or looking to buy some, you won’t be disappointed!!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about animals. They helped us choose our snake and made sure we understood proper care, feeding, habitat setup, and what to expect as new owners. Every time we come in with questions about any animal, they take the time to educate us instead of just trying to make a sale. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other places we’ve checked. You can tell they truly care about both the animals and their customers. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this pet store! From the moment I walked in, the owners were incredibly welcoming and genuinely passionate about helping both me and my family find a pet. You can tell they truly care, not just about making a sale, but about making sure every customer leaves informed and confident. Hidden gem! Everyone needs to check out this Pet Shop. Variety of beautiful healthy animals. You can tell they take great care of the animals. They have turkeys, ducks, snakes, lizards, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, variety of beautiful birds... They also have a variety of pet supplies. Prices were also reasonable. The staff is amazing . Family owned. We visited and the young men were very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional. Our family felt welcomed when we came and we will be back very soon. Follow directions on GPS. Parking is in the rear

We’ve had great experiences at The Pet Shop. Months ago, they helped us find the perfect fish for my daughter’s tank and were very kind and patient. Recently, we came back looking for a bird. After seeing very high prices at another store, we were relieved to speak with their staff — they explained everything clearly, recommended beginner-friendly birds, and never tried to upsell us. I was interested in more expensive birds, but they honestly told us the more affordable ones would be a better fit. They gave us a great deal on two birds, a cage, food, and toys. Less than 24 hours later, my 8-year-old and I are already bonding with them — they sit on our fingers and are doing so well. We’re truly happy with our birds and the service we’ve received. Highly recommend!

Very nice and well taken care of fish. All the supplies you may need for your pets. The service is always fast and the prices are fair. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a well taken care of pet store. I buy my fish and super worms from here and it’s way better than a Petco or PetSmart.
